• We strongly encourage all customers ensure they have taken their own full, independent backups from their old hosting accounts and that all migrated accounts are thoroughly checked to ensure they are complete and correct.
• UKDedicated will not retain copies of account archives used in the migration and rectification of errors at a later date may not be possible.
• Migration may involve using third-party tools which are not directly controlled or operated by UKDedicated.
• All assisted migrations are performed on a best-effort basis.
